I approached Suzie Hoitink last year because I felt uncertain about how to progress the business and I lacked confidence in making business choices. I had heard Suzie speak at several industry events over the years and thought she may be able to help .
I needed help understanding business issues. Coming from a general practice background and not having owned a business before this clinic, I just didn’t have the skills I needed. I wasn’t sure what treatments/ devices I should invest in, or what staff I needed and how best to find them. Even the question of how much I should pay staff.
Suzie took me through a clear process that involved focusing me on our clinic brand and direction, and then teaching me how to read and understand business reports, and manage staffing. It took a huge weight off my shoulders, having someone experienced in this industry and business savvy ( as well as an incredibly motivated personality!) to direct me. She was available for any questions I had throughout the process. She made me accountable from week to week so that I was pushed to achieve the goals we set in each weekly meeting.
Now I feel much more confident in managing the business going forward. The business has a clear direction and day to day functioning is much more efficient. I would recommend Suzie to anyone looking to grow and develop their business.
