Initially through building an extremely profitable series of Clear Complexions Clinics, they are now guiding other business owners through their own journey towards growth and success.

Suzie Hoitink
Suzie knows the challenges clinics face every day. She has lived and breathed being a business owner and has supported hundreds of clinics across the country to understand their purpose and realise their potential.
Suzie grew Clear Complexions Clinics from a single clinic to a network of six premium clinics, employing
more than 70 highly skilled individuals. She successfully sold the business to a publicly listed company in
2017, earning her the Telstra Business Women’s Award and a reputation as an authority on the business of
healthcare.
When Suzie recognised that the rapidly evolving cosmetic industry was outpacing the legislation and
regulations governing those working within it, she co-founded a National Working Party to develop
Australia’s first draft of the Professional Practice Standards and Scope of Practice for Aesthetic Nursing
Practice in Australia. In 2020, Suzie was awarded a Fellowship of the Australian College of Nursing, the
highest honour afforded to nurses in Australia.
As keynote speaker at the Cosmetic Industry’s leading conferences, Nursing Forums and business
events for over 15 years, Suzie has connected with thousands of health professionals all over the world.
She’s been featured in various leading publications, including being profiled in Vogue as one of four
“dedicated professionals who have changed the face of the cosmetic industry in Australia”.
Alex Hoitink
Alex knows how to manage the long game, helping you understand and mitigate the risks while setting ambitious goals and a thoughtful pathway for the future. He will walk with you every step of the way to ensure you succeed.
As a former sole trader, director and CEO, Alex has in-depth experience across a range of competitive and
complex industries. He has successfully established and scaled two businesses, one to an ASX listed
company in 2017.
With expertise in construction, project management and business development, Alex is uniquely placed to advise and guide developers, builders and healthcare professionals in the negotiation and establishment of healthcare precincts across Australia. He has project managed developments such as Canberra Health Point, coordinating multiple stakeholders to deliver one of the ACT’s finest centres for health and wellbeing.
Through his extensive negotiations with local organisations, multinational players, providers, and
investors, both as a buyer and a seller, Alex has brought about highly successful outcomes and can help
you to do the same.
